About Your Builder

Greg Junge (pronounced “Young”) is a 30 year resident of Polk County. He started working on job sites when he was 10 (don’t tell!) alongside his dad, a general contractor and local business owner.

Greg founded his first business, Polk County Door Service, when he was 19. He has experienced the construction industry from all sides as an electrician’s helper, garage door technician, tile installer, and store manager.

Today, Greg is a general contractor in North Carolina— where he holds an unlimited, commercial license— and South Carolina. He believes in quality over quantity, and is proud to build “legacy” homes: places to be passed onto your great-grandchildren.

Off the job, you’ll find Greg mountain biking and camping with his wife, Autumn, and their two girls.
